This historic pub, located in the heart of the community of Madeley, was nearly lost after it suffered extensive fire damage. The pub was on the brink of being redeveloped into housing when, in October 2019, the Deputy Chairman of the local Steering Group approached Joule’s with a plea to save it. Understanding the pubs deep significance, Joule’s moved swiftly to save the pub. Within just seven days, they purchased the property at auction, preserving the Offley Arms as a community asset.

Today, the Offley Arms thrives as a vibrant, warm gathering spot for both locals and visitors from surrounding towns. With a reputation for quality food, excellent beer, and a calendar full of events, it’s well-loved for its inviting atmosphere.
