Joule’s was pleased to welcome Telford & East Shropshire CAMRA to the Brewery in Market Drayton on Monday 26th November.
The evening was held to celebrate Joule’s new limited edition beer ‘Fat Mouse’ winning ‘Champion Beer of Shifnal Beer Festival 2018’.
Paul Barrow, Festival Organiser presented the award to Tom Edgley, Brewery Manager at Joule’s Brewery and creator of the award-winning Fat Mouse recipe.
Tom explained, ‘The beer is a new style for Joule’s, loaded with a combination of malts and rye to create a truly Autumnal harvest beer. It’s rounded off with brambling cross and endeavour hops to give a rich berry note’.
