Director Steve Nuttall is delighted to announce that Master Brewer Mark Leedham will join Joule's Brewery from Molson Coors on July 15th.
Mark will become Joule's new head brewer and sit on the company's executive, taking charge of all brewing options, quality control and new product development including both the Seasonal beer range and also the company's planned development of a craft keg beer in 2014. The brew team lead by Adam Goodall will report to Mark and is excited by this next stage in our development.
Steve comments, we are delighted to have recruited Mark, he has wide experience from Ringwood to Diageo and from Cains to Molson Coors. He is a Master Brewer and above all, a passionate and committed enthusiast for cask ale which is the heartbeat of our company. This recruitent signifies a step change in our evolution in that we can both afford and attract this calibre of brewer to lead the development of our current beer portfolio, as well as the new beers we are enthusuastic to produce. We are very happy to be able to announce this change which will enable us to continue our journey in craft brewing excellence.
